MICROBLADING POLICIES

DEPOSIT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking an appointment. The remaining balance will be due at the time of service. Appointment times go quickly, thus your deposit is due the same day of booking your appointment or your appointment may be offered to someone else.

PERFECTING SESSION

Each treatment requires a Perfecting Session which is NOT a part of the initial mircoblading or nano cost. The Perfecting Session must be completed within 12 weeks of the original treatment. We will schedule your Perfecting Session before you leave the studio. If you do not schedule your touch up within 12 weeks, you will need to pay full price again if wanting a touch up. ​

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your service. Please understand that such changes affect not only us, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hour notice or your deposit will be forfeited. For those who cancel or reschedule the day of, an additional missed appointment fee of $100 will be charged to your card on file if you cancel/reschedule within less than 48 hours notice.

​NO CALL - NO SHOW

No-shows will be charged the full amount to the card on file for the service and will not be able to book another appointment without total cost paid in full.

​LATENESS

To avoid unfair delays to other clients, please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointments. I cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment. Late arrivals may be subject to being rescheduled. Please understand that the treatments need their allocated time to get the best results. I cannot rush or cut corners as it is my purpose to make my clients feel beautiful and well taken care of. ​EXISTING BROW TATTOOS

If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, please email me clear photos of your brows for approval before your appointment booking: alissawalker.mua@gmail.com

Please email photos in natural lighting WITHOUT makeup in your brows. I request a full frontal photo as well as side views of each brow. In addition to the photos, in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo and how many session you received. 

CONTRA-INDICATIONS & LIMITATIONS

I may require doctor's permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. I do not perform microblading on women who are pregnant. Anyone who is under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent and must be present during the appointment. Microblading or Microshading cannot be performed over any blemishes or moles. Please check over your brows or send us a photo before booking your session.
